Ryan has done extremely well with this work experience opportunity and has exceeded expectations. In an effort to keep Ryan as a long term employee, Krantz Motors has set up in-house Chrysler training that will allow Ryan to become a certified Chrysler technician. The employer will pay for the cost of this training, which will take approximately four years to complete.
