Outcomes & Benefits

While in school James continued job searching. He obtained employment at a local hospital as a Nursing Assistant. This provided him with the much needed experience in his field. Upon completion of the state boards and earning his Registered Nurse License. James was promoted to an RN position making more per hour than he did while working in aircraft. James plans to continue his education to earn the Bachelor of Nursing Degree with the assistance of his employer.
