Meet Daniel

Workforce Challenge

Daniel was laid off from a large aviation company after working for that employer 14+ years. Daniel is an older worker and he felt his age was keeping him from obtaining a self sufficient position.

Workforce Solution

We helped review his resume and he attended several workshops that was offered at the Workforce Center. TAA helped Daniel enter into the Catia V5 courses at WSU to help upgrade his skills.

Outcomes & Benefits

Daniel was able to obtain a self sufficient position with another local aviation company. Daniel still continues to attend Catia V5 training while working in his new position.
