Through her participation in the Early Intervention program, Ms. Dawson learned about and attended a Baltimore County Business Services recruitment initiative. Ahtna Engineering Services utilized Baltimore County Workforce Development System services to recruit labor talent for full-time, long term temporary employment opportunities.

Outcomes & Benefits

Ms. Dawson started working for Ahtna Engineering Services as a Records Management Technician on March 26, 2012.
Evelyn stated,“I also wanted to thank you both (Career Consultant Maxine Rush and Early Intervention Facilitator Dana Williams) for taking time to work with me and actually make a difference in my life. Sometimes when life hands us a deck of cards, it seems like we are playing the game alone. Thanks for being on my team. You will never know how much I appreciate the personal attention and the awesome follow up phone calls and e-mail.”
