Key Workforce Priorities

1. Grow statewide partnerships in strategic planning and collaboration to meet the growing workforce and support economic development.
2. North Dakota focuses efforts on five targeted industries: technology-based business, value-added agriculture, tourism, energy and advanced manufacturing.
3. Focus is also placed on high wage/high demand jobs in support industries such as health care and transportation.
