WORKFORCE TESTIMONIALS

We remain extremely grateful for your continued support of Elite ES, LLC and our employees. The Incumbent Worker Training (IWT) program has afforded us opportunities to provide much needed training to our staff. Without your assistance, Elite ES would not have been able to become ISO certified or upgrade the skills of our employees. We truly appreciate your professional and caring staff that is always available to help us with our training needs. This is a government-sponsored program that works well!

Ilias Alimohamed

"The training that has been completed through the Incumbent Worker Training program has helped us to remain competitive, and continue to employ workers in South Carolina. This is a wonderful program that has allowed us to continue to develop our workers to meet business requirements in a tough economic period."

Sandra Rivers

"It was time. Time for me to make that change. And that change came at the time of my last layoff (reduction in work-force). After registering for unemployment, I was introduced to A. Gomer, a case worker in the WIA program, who explained the program and how it would work to be retrained/educated from the field of electronics to a career in healthcare. Yes, it took my commitment but the program gave me the financial means to continue. And now I am (1) a certified Phlebotomist (2) a certified EKG Technician and (3) a certified Cardiac Care Technician. I am currently employed with Lexington Medical Center as an EKG Tech... Thanks to the WIA Program!"
